To undertake an audit of every bus stop within the Greater Darwin area.This audit will assess each stop against the Disability Discrimination Act1992 (DDA) public transport standards otherwise known as the DisabilityStandards for Accessible Public Transport (DSAPT).100% bus stop compliance by the end of 2022 is outlined within thestandards to be adhered to by all providers of public transport withinAustralia. This Audit will provide DIPL with the necessary information onthe current levels of compliance with these standards.
