Provision of Project Manager resources to undertake preparatory project work and project delivery of Audit Remediation Initiatives - CUATPS2024

The engaged Project Manager will undertake preparatory project management activities in advance of upcoming Audit Remediation initiatives, ensuring Department of Housing and Works is positioned to commence formal project delivery in an orderly and governed manner upon budget approval by the Expenditure Review Committee (ERC). The resource will ensure projects are delivered in an orderly, governed, and accountable manner consistent with DHW’s ICT Project Delivery Framework. Summary of Services The temporary resource will provide professional project management services across two phases: Phase 1 — Preparatory Activities (2 months) There is a possibility of 3-month extension to assume responsibility for the delivery of these initiatives, subject to the approval of the budget.
