Provision of Cyber Security Support Officer Services under CUATPS2024

This is a junior role to support the Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) team in performing cyber threat monitoring and vulnerability management services.Monitor cyber security alerts and events using SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) cyber security tools.Perform initial triage and analysis of potential security incidentsAssist in investigations of confirmed threats with customers and stakeholders.Document reports of findings and maintain accurate incident records.Support vulnerability management scanning and threat intelligence gathering activitiesAssist in development and updating cyber security policies and processes.
