The successful contractor will be required to complete upgrades to House 1 to meet Government Employee Housing Standards. Works include;Removal of internal wall to allow for new kitchen layout.Supply and install new vinyl flooring to kitchen, dining and living rooms.Supply and install new insulation, wall sheeting and air conditioning to enclosed veranda area.Supply and install ceiling fans with LED lighting throughout, patch and repaint internal walls, doors, doorframes, replace fascia and shade cloth to each awning.Construct concrete footpath to external clothes line.
