The Concept Design and Cost Estimate will be develop to a level sufficient to provide input into future Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)and stakeholder consultation processes, project delivery risk and delivery options model assessment, and business case development and funding request for implementation of the AROWS project by DIPL. The Concept Design and Cost Estimate components will consist of:• Management and Coordination • Reference/Concept Designo Water Treatment Planto Ancillaries (electrical supply, roads, interfacing, etc.)o Investigations Allowance• Cost Estimatingo Capital Costo Operating Costo Cost Risk Workshops• Consideration of community engagement / environmental regulatory inputs
