· Provision of Mechanical and Electrical Repairs, Maintenance and Installation Services to NT Government Assets for a Period of 36 Months on an ‘as and when’ ordered basis and applies to various locations specified.· The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment and plant necessary to carry out the work.· The Contractor is to provide all temporary signs, lighting and barriers as required.· All works shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance.
