East Arnhem Region - Gove District Hospital - New Sewer Drain and Kitchen Grease Trap

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:Supply and install new sewer drain, grease trap and associated works at the Gove District Hospital, Services Building, Nhulunbuy, NT.Contractor to provide Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited building permit, occupancy certificate and excavation permit.Provide site fencing to all construction areas during staged construction to exclude public and staff access. Make good any damaged surfaces including disturbed concrete paths, driveways and grassed areas.The Contractor will allow for the disconnection, making safe and reconnection of all services as necessary for the completion of the works. The contractor will be responsible for locating all existing services on site prior to commencing works. All excavation works around services are to be undertaken by hydro excavation.Contractor to make good and reinstate any damage to existing irrigation system.
