Phillip Creek property access road is located approx 46km North of Tennant Creek and is accessible via the western side of the Stuart Highway.The project seeks a qualified civil contractor to undertake flood restoration works, reinstating the access road to its pre-flood condition. The road, a critical public asset, sustained damage during two significant weather events:AGRN 1116 - Tropical Low 09U (Cyclone Megan) March 2024AGRN 1103 - Tropical Low 03U, January 2024Scope of Works:- Reform, reconstruct and gravel resheet the entire 6.2km length of the access road (from Chainage 0.0 to 6.2km)- Repair erosion scours and restore drainage infrastructure- Desilt existing drainage systems- Import and uniformly spread suitable fill material to damage sections, forming a stable and appropriate subgrade- Place and compact a new gravel pavement layer with:200mm compacted thickness6.0m pavement width- Achieve a mimimum 95% modified maximum dry density (MMDD) for the compacted gravel resheet layer
