Provision of Intune Specialist under CUATPS2024

The Public Sector Reform (PSR) Program is a strategic initiative led by the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) to transition housing-related services from Department of Communities (DOC) to DHW. The Joint Agency Transition (JAT) Program involves complex planning and design activities across infrastructure, identity, and application services. DHW’s ICT team currently also provides critical support services to the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). These services include identity management, secure access to legacy applications, and hybrid infrastructure support. Housing is still receiving services from Communities, and this engagement is intended to inform the design of the future environment and develop the necessary capability to facilitate the phased transition of services from DOC to DHW.
