Provision of Project Manager services for ICU Electronic Medical Records Project

The procurement scope will include procuring a Project Manager to support the ICU EMR Project to rapidly progress readiness, engagement and management activities. The Project Manager Services Contract will enable provision of specialised project support required to ensure the planned timelines and milestones are achieved, controls are in placed and the project is executed efficiently. Whilst the project has progressed efficiently since inception, there are a range of project management activities that need support from a Project Manager to continue to drive efficiency and realise the goals of the ICU EMR Project. The ICU EMR Project Manager provide technical, governance, project management and advisory support to the Project. The role will play a vital role in developing key strategic and planning documentation and towards implementation and monitoring of the ICU EMR project
