The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:· The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing Dwellings.· The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings.· Room to Breathe modify existing dwellings.· Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing dwellings
