The works consists of the delivery of “as and when required” repairs and maintenance and minor new works programs to occupied and vacant dwelling assets owned by and/or leased to the TFHC within Borroloola township or as noted. Works and Services to be delivered over the term of the contract include but are not limited to:Responsive repairs and maintenance.Vacate repairs, maintenance and planned works [capital improvements] to un-occupied dwellings.Unscheduled Works and Services requiring a quotation from the Contractor.Grounds maintenance to unit complexes within Borroloola Township.Arboreal services
