Provision of assistance and guidance with project planning, reviews andprogramming advise / recommendations for construction projects. Scope includes:General monitoring of the progress of the works, including developing and managing as-built record keeping (if required)General review of contractor’s programs, including strategic planning advice regarding the contractor’s proposed delivery of the worksRisk assessment and review of contractor’s programs for issues such as schedule integrity, logic constraints, contingency and resourcingForensic analysis of critical path delay and time-related claims (including extensions of time) by the contractorAttend meetings in Darwin and via electronic video conferencing
