A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises removal of existing tiles on the terrace of Government House, installation of a waterproof membrane after tiles are removed, adjust the heights of the existing drainage system to suit the new tiles, install new tiles as per the design supplied in the quotation and installation of a screen around the existing gas bottles including a new lockable gate.
