Darwin - Provision of Software Defined Network Management and Support for a Period of 36 Months

The Operational Technology (OT) function within Core Operations has accountability for delivery of supervisory controls and data acquisition (SCADA) and operational telecommunications services to internal customers across Power and Water Corporation (PWC). OT services cover planning, design, procurement, configuration, installation, management, operation and maintenance and full lifecycle management of the OT network and related integrated systems associated with electricity, water and wastewater infrastructure across the Northern Territory. PWC’s operating environment is undergoing significant change including with the transition of the electricity market, new cyber security legislation and greater need for more water quality treatment systems. In order to properly manage and deliver operational technology services to the business in this changing operating environment, external expertise and specialist support is required across critical OT activities.
