The Suburban Land Agency (SLA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified training development provider to design and deliver a tailored behavioural training program for all employees, including administrative and technical staff, leaders/managers, and the Executive.SLA is committed to fostering and sustaining a safe, respectful workplace culture. This includes promoting proactive engagement, open communication, early intervention, and effective conflict resolution across all levels of the organisation. The program will support employees to understand their obligations as ACT Public Service (ACTPS) employees and build awareness of the relevant employment frameworks and legislative requirements.
