Tennant Creek - Head Leasing Initiative - Provision of Tenancy and Property Management Services for a Period of 24 Months

The Department requires the services of a housing services organisation with a high level of capability and professional expertise in the provision of asset and tenancy management, to manage the delivery of the AHS in Tennant Creek for a period of 24-months. The successful proponent will act as the Department’s contracted Agent and be responsible for delivering all asset and tenancy management and day to day program delivery under the AHS. The Department will retain statutory responsibility as Landlord under the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 (RTA) and have program management and oversight.
