Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and East Arnhem Regions - Correction Centre and Work Camps - Provision of Security Maintenance Services for a Period of 36 Months

Provide maintenance to the security systems and equipment at the following sites: Alice Springs Correctional Centre is located 1892 Stuart Highway, Hugh, NT, 0872Barkly Work Camp is located Lot 1003, Peko Road, Tennant Creek, NT, 0860Datjala Work Camp is located Lot 1671, Bottlebrush Avenue, Nhulunbuy, NT, 0880Alice Springs Correctional Centre has just completed upgrading a range of infrastructure including its Building Management System (BMS), approximately 100 cameras, select PA speakers and select Electronic Services Network (ESN) switches. These works will be excluded from the initial scope of the maintenance contract, however it is Northern Territory Correctional Services’ intent that they will be included into the CM and ECS contract at the expiration of their Defects Liability Period (DLP).
