East Arnhem Region - Nhulunbuy Primary School - Chilled Water Air Conditioning System Replacement and Associated Works

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:Decommission and remove CHW pipework throughout the entire site and the main two storey classroom block fan coil units (FCUs) and associated ancillaries. Decommission and remove existing, plinths, primary pumps PP-01 & PP-02, electrical and associated controls.Supply, install, test, commission and maintain new chilled water pipe works & valves packages to all existing & New AHUs as shown on drawings.Supply, install, test, commission and maintain tertiary chilled water pumps TP-01, TP-02 & site secondary pumps SP-03, SP-04. Supply, install, test, commission and maintain Plate heat exchanger.Modifications of the existing chilled water pipework in the existing Plant Room to Facilitate the new Heat exchanger, primary & secondary pumps as detailed on the drawings. Note all new pipework required throughout. Do not re-use exist beyond the immediate connection to the town CHW supply at slab level.The associated building paintings, making good throughout all chilled water pipework’s penetrations as shown on the drawings.Construction of new AHU services enclosures serving 2 Storey classroom blockCleaning and resurfacing existing ductwork throughout the Admin and single storey learning block. Essentially all ductwork associated with the existing CHW AHU’s scoped to remain.
