Design, construction, delivery, installation and commissioning of one new demountable structure at the Beatrice Hill Farm at Middle Point. Works shall include all site investigation, site surveys, site preparation, and services connections including upgrade of existing services if required. Provide full engineering and building certification including as constructed drawings.New demountable structure to be designed and constructed in line with the requirements on the drawings. The Contractor shall allow a suitable sized crane to lift the new demountable structure into place.Provision of 3 x 32 Inch TVs (mid range).
