All Centres - Professional Civil Asset Management Services for a Period of 6 Months

Civil Services has a requirement for specialist professional services to:• Assist in the development and delivery of the Department's professional development program and technical training program for Civil Technical Officers /Trainees• Provide training, advice and support to the Department's Technical Officers in DIPL processes and systems, construction and maintenance practices and contract management and administration.• Identify, develop and implement business process improvements in civil asset management• Assist with the development of standards, specifications and contract documentation for civil repairs and maintenance.• Project development and configuration of DIPL's civil asset management field data capture system 'Konect'.• Deliver training and support in the 'Konect' system of DIPL internal staff and DIPL Contractors.
