Provision of Quantity Surveying services for the National Aboriginal Art Gallery (NAAG).Consultant is to provide advice during the design phases, including comparison and analysis of the design team and the contractor's cost plans, and is to review and assess progress claims, variation requests and provisional sum/s.Consultant is to participate in value management activities and procurement activities for a broad range of services not limited to: cost estimating, cost planning, cost studies, cost monitoring, cost controlling through the project design, managing contractor engagement and construction phases.
