Darwin - Holtze Industrial Estate Stage 2 - Consultancy - Engineering Design & Construction Phases

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the design and documentation of storm water assessment, traffic impact assessment, obtaining regulatory approvals and construction and defects liability period supervision, contract administration certification and superintendency of the Holtze Industrial Estate Stage 2.The procurement includes all components required to deliver the development project through to defects liability clearance, however each subsequent phase will only be awarded as required and at the absolute discretion of LDC, and are requested as potential optional phases to the consultant.
