The recent rainfall events in the Gulf of Carpentaria, due to a Tropical Low 09U/Cyclone Megan has blocked/damaged the road network and the infrastructure such as buildings and bridges causing disruption to the services in the area. The Department aiming to restore the services by determining the immediate maintenance works that are to be carried to the structures/bridges.
