Consultancy - Implementation of a Waste Levy Framework in the Northern Territory

The Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security requires a Consultant to undertake a to-stage project in relation to waste levies: Stage 1 1. Describe the options available to the NT Government in relation to waste levies in the NT.2. Advise on and explain the option/s that would be most appropriate in the NT context. Stage 2 1. Subject to agreement by the NT Government on the most appropriate option/s, undertake a cost benefit analysis of the most appropriate option/s, including detailed economic modelling and assessment on such option/s. The Consultant will be required to undertake consultation with key stakeholders in connection with this project. The project must be completed by 30 June 2022.
