Detailed design and documentation to upgrade Stuart Highway/Roger Vale Drive Intersection, Finke Race Track Entrance and relocation of the "Welcome to Alice Springs" parking area to address safety issues.Intersection upgrade will include channelised left and right turn treatment, street lighting, investigation and design for service relocations as required and future signalisation.
