The Department of Health requires a service agreement for Canon imaging equipment for Alice Springs, Katherine, Gove, Palmerston Regional, and Royal Darwin Hospitals. The service agreement includes software updates, preventative and corrective maintenance labour and parts, standard reaction time in 4hs + travel time, and remote support if applicable to the equipment. Also, full replacement of expensive parts such as transducers, X-ray tubes, and Detector CT will be covered.
