Katherine - Provision of Grounds Maintenance 32 Giles Street for a Period of 24 Months

The Department of Environment, parks and Water Security require the following services to be provided consisting of:· Litter Control including the sweeping/ vacuuming of car parking areas, roadways and paths within the premises and the clearing of gutters and drains. · Mowing and edge trimming of established grassed areas.· Mulching of garden beds and shrubberies.· Weed Control for entire premises.· Pruning of shrubs and trees· Watering of all lawn areas, trees, garden beds and shrubberies.· Inspection and reporting on & maintenance of automatic irrigation systems.· Fertilising of all grassed areas, garden beds and shrubberies.· Replacement of damaged plants.· Identification and reporting and control of insect and fungal pest infestations.· Provision of additional services as required.
