Alice Springs - Event Coordinator for the Sharing and Strengthening our Practice 2023 Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Services Sector Conference

The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) seeks the services of an Event Coordinator to manage delivery of the second domestic, family and sexual violence services sector conference 2023, Sharing and Strengthening Our Practice Conference, in Alice Springs.The Contractor will be tasked with:managing venue hire and payments including catering and information technology for the conference, including pre-conference events and a conference social event;sourcing merchandise;developing and managing a delegate registration system;managing conference program design and production;arranging travel and accommodation for speakers and approved attendees; andliaising with the Conference Committee.
