A general outline of the services to be carried out over a period of 36 months on a total of 684 assets under the Contract comprises:• Undertake physical asset inspections of nominated NTG owned or leased assets.• Conduct building fabric conditioning assessments including identification of remedial maintenance works required to bring the condition of the building fabric and its elements up to, or maintain it at, the specified condition standard.• Verification of site and floor plans including provision of plan mark-ups.• Identification of unforeseen new builds.• Capturing of required visual images.• Collection and/or verification of asset data.
