To engage an Independent Chairperson whose role is to maintain the functionality of the Land Development Committee and the implementation of the role of the Land Development Committee in a matter that is fair and unbiased. The Committee has two primary functions;1. to provide advice on the implementation of the Report recommendations for aperiod of 18 months; and2. to manage and administer the Subdivision Development Guidelines
