Construction of a new plant biosecurity Grow House and Insectary including but not limited to:• Civil excavation and preparation of the foundation for the building structure including all relevant underground services required to service the building as per drawings and specification• Concrete footings and slab• Reinforced block work including structural steel columns• Structural steel roof frame• Vapour barrier installation as per RFT documented requirements• Roof cover including glass panel sheeting combined with colorbond sheeting as specified contractor to ensure methods of construction are approved by the superintendent where glass panels adjoin colorbond/steel roof structure and or roof cover.• Mechanical services• Electrical services• Specialized internal fit out• Rendering and painting.
