A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of the demolition of the existing Filipino Hall including capping off services, physical power disconnection from mains power, sewage and grey water disconnection. Demolition of a fuel storage building, nursery shade house and tree clearing to be removed also. Provide Site Plan with location of capped off services.
