The scope of work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the upgrade of a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Police house situated at Kulgera NT.The Works include:· Various internal and external demolition works as set out on Drawings A010, A011, A012 and A013.· New internal and external building works as set out on Drawings A015, A016, A017 and A018.· Repaint the house internally and externally.· Internal electrical upgrade works including new lights and fans.
