CHIIP are seeking a Project Manager to fulfill a client- and vendor-facing role, with the ability to lead meetings effectively and address issues proactively as they arise. This role will be directed by HSS to: • Deliver complex CHIIP projects/workstreams within agreed time, cost, scope, quality, and risk parameters. • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment using the HSS Project Management Framework (PRINCE2 based). • Develop and maintain project delivery plans in ClickUp and MS Project, ensuring accurate schedules, dependencies, milestones, and tolerances. • Provide clear, timely reporting to governance forums, including status updates, risks/issues, benefits, testing, and deployment readiness. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, vendors, and HSP stakeholders, building strong collaborative relationships. • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, including the preparation and weekly reporting of Treatment Action Plans. • Oversee procurement, vendor engagement, resource allocation, and budget management in line with HSS requirements. • Resolve complex project issues across technical, operational, and organisational domains. • Ensure all work complies with WA Health and HSS policies, standards, legislative obligations, and quality management expectations. • Apply strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills in high complexity environments. • Manage competing priorities effectively, demonstrating high level planning, decision making, and time management capability. • Act as a key interface between CHIIP, HSPs, vendors, and internal governance, ensuring coordinated delivery and issue escalation. • Contribute to continuous improvement, program level planning, and broader portfolio delivery activities. • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT projects using formal project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent). • Experience managing network or infrastructure programs (e.g., large scale WAN/LAN facilities) is highly regarded.
