East Arnhem Region - Gapuwiyak and Milingimbi - Provision of First Response Maintenance Services to Remote Housing for a Period of 10 Months

Provision of first response for Housing Maintenance in Gapuwiyak and /or Milingimbi communities to 30 June 2023 to the following contract arrangement for responsive and preventative Maintenance:- Triage works (attend to immediate works via handyman services as per Superintendent’s direction and make safe) within the required timeframe.- Take before and after (indicate time and date) photographs of the maintenance works. - Undertake Handyman works including before and after photos [with time and date indicated on each photograph)For all other works identified during the first respondent attendance to site/ after Triage of works (other than works performed by Handyman) is to be reported to the Superintendent for works to be allocated to Trade Panel.
