Provision of Digital Investment Attraction Roadmap For the Northern Territory

The Northern Territory Government is seeking a suitably qualified experienced Consultant to develop the Territory Digital Investment Roadmap. The Consultant will deliver four documents in a staged manner:1: The Territory Digital Investment Roadmap (the Roadmap), for the next 10-15 years outlining:a) the priority sectors for the Territory’s digital investment attraction effortsb) a timeline of the optimal sequencing of digital investments and enabling capabilitiesc) key risks and critical success factors2: Investment attraction/market engagement strategy by priority sector identified in the Roadmap including the:a) drivers for investorsb) Territory’s fit – including an assessment of the Territory’s competitiveness and actions to de-risk the investmentsc) target companies and key influencers in Australia, SE Asia and internationallyd) nominal size/capex of the investments
