The Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment (NTRAI) agreement 2025-2031 Evaluation Schedule includes a requirement for the NT Government to develop a plan to capture user experiences for clients of services, the community and/or non-government service providers. The purpose of this consultancy is to: 1. Consult with stakeholders across the Partnership to build consensus on how the user experience capture should be targeted to support the implementation of the MEAL Framework 2. Provide a discussion paper including concrete recommendations on a methodology for capturing user experiences based on stakeholder feedback and how the approach can best support the implementation of the MEAL Framework
