The consultant will be required to:Undertake Strategic multi-modal transport modelling for the current and future land use plan(s), population and employment thresholds in the Greater Darwin Region;Forecast future traffic and public transport demand for various design horizon years;Undertake operational capacity assessment of the existing road network, and its ability to service future travel demand for various scenarios;Assess impact of future road works on performance of the road network and identify critical road network upgrade projects; andDevelop urban arterial strategy for major arterial roads
