Darwin Region - Group 8 - Repairs and Maintenance to Air Conditioning Plant and Equipment for a Period of 36 Months

The successful contractor will be required to undertake repairs and maintenance to Air Conditioning Plant and Equipment for Group 8 across the Darwin Region for a period of 36 months.A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises mechanical services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) periodic maintenance for Group 8 NTG Assets.The scope of work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:• The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.
