Territory Generation - Provision of Legal Services for a Period of 36 Months

Territory Generation (TGen) is the principal power generator for the Northern Territory with eight sites across the Northern Territory. TGen is serviced by a small in house legal team that manages the majority of business-as-usual work involving primarily contracts, commercial, procurement, compliance and regulatory advice. TGen however routinely seeks the services of outside counsel for any large scale litigation, major project work or specialist advisory which may arise from time to time. The intent of this contract is to establish a panel for legal services to perform work of this nature for TGen.
