The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) requires the services of an experienced civil engineering consultant, to undertake an independent technical review and investigation of existing drainage infrastructure and erosion and sediment controls (ESC), implemented for housing subdivisions constructed under the remote Land Servicing and Headworks Program.The scope of services also includes a review of the current design strategy and ESC philosophy that has been adopted by the DIPL Land Servicing and Engineering team, based on lessons learnt from the delivery of past remote infrastructure projects.The six (6) existing remote housing subdivisions included in the scope of the independent technical review are summarised below:· Beswick Subdivision – completed in February 2022· Gapuwiyak Subdivision Stages 1 to 3 – completed in February 2019· Yirrkala Subdivision – completed in June 2022· Ramingining Subdivision – completed in August 2022· Pirlangimpi Subdivision – completed in October 2021· Hermannsburg (Ntaria) Subdivision – completed in March 2020
