A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:The school had a covered walkway between Darwin High and Darwin Middle constructed and completed at the end of 2020. The area where this actually meets up with Darwin Middle has proven to be a potential issue safety wise, due to the sloping ground and the many different levels.The intention is to Design and Construct decking area outside the Café area, this will transcend the mixed levels and potential hazards into a continuous same level area adjoining the existing eating deck which will open the whole area for more student seating and also create an outdoor learning environment which will be safe and complement the existing area.
