The Rum Jungle Rehabilitation Project requires entering into an agreement with CCGC to secure the use of the identified borrow material area. The agreement will document the terms and conditions on which the CCGC will permit access to Section 2830 Hundred of Goyder, situated on Poett Road, Rum Jungle, to allow companies undertaking the large earthworks package to use the borrowed material for the purposes of the project Stage 3 works.
