The Department of Industry Tourism and Trade (DITT) has the requirement for a suitably experienced consultant to develop an Aboriginal Cultural Tourism Framework (Framework) and provide a practical application of the Framework by delivering an Aboriginal Drive Market Toolkit (Toolkit). The Framework will encompass a culturally focused guideline and implementation assets to support targeted strategic and tactical approaches to strengthen the Aboriginal tourism sector. The focus will be on ensuring Aboriginal Territorians have access to a practical resource that supports free, prior and informed decision making to develop and grow sustainable businesses. The Toolkit will present practical actions to identify opportunities and develop new and existing Aboriginal tourism products and experiences related to the NT’s drive market.
