Darwin - State Square - Construction of Access Paths, Landscape Remediation and Electrical Works

Provide footpaths, minor event power and landscape remediation to complement the newly demolished and grassed site.Provide a report on the current issues impacting on the growth, aesthetics and drainage of the grassed area that constitutes the Chan lawns with advice to upgrade for longer establishment pending the final design and outcomes of the Precinct Masterplan (i.e. aeration, rolling and dethatching and or top dressing). Provisional sum included for remediation works following acceptance of the report and recommended scope.
