Support Services for 1HRMS Project

The Department of Communities (Communities) is undertaking a critical Human Resources Management System (HRMS) transformation with the 1HRMS project, aimed at replacing its legacy payroll and rostering systems with a contemporary, consolidated, cloud-based SaaS solution. This project, delivered in collaboration with an Implementation Partner, and utilising SAP SuccessFactors and WorkForce Software, is designed to support a large workforce and manage a substantial annual payroll. As the project approaches system Go-Live, Communities requires an uplift in support to supplement activities undertaken by the existing 1HRMS project team. This Scope of Work outlines the necessary activities required to support delivery of the project. To ensure robust implementation and expedite project delivery, this scope also includes the provision of critical expert resources to deliver support and execute key project activities. The goal is to address identified issues, strengthen project control, and ensure the successful, accountable, and confident delivery of the 1HRMS solution with enhanced strategic and operational delivery capability.
