DITT requires the services of a suitable venue to host and cater for the 2023 NT Brolga Tourism Awards Gala Dinner, that has adequate space to accommodate the following event requirements:Air-conditioned gala dinner event space for up to 450 guests, sit down plated three course meal, beverage service (soft drinks, beer and wine), cash bar for beverages (spirits) and adequate mingling space, photo wall areas, large presentation stage, dance floor and trophy tables.A separate air-conditioned area for red carpet arrival, pre-dinner drinks and registration for up to 450 guests.High quality extensive audio visual equipment supply and operation by experienced technical operators.
