The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL), on behalf of its client the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (DTFHC), requires a Master Plan to be developed for the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) Bullocky Point precinct (Bullocky Point) which considers;· The visitor experience (local, domestic, international);· Liveability outcomes for Territory residents and visitors (e.g. well-being, civic pride, education, cultural vibrancy, and connection to community);· Increased visitation and after-hours activation of Bullocky Point;· Bullocky Point constraints and opportunities;· Alignment with DTFHC and MAGNT strategic plans, policies and other MAGNT venues;· The strengths of the MAGNT collection and related operational requirements;· The existing Bullocky Point asset condition and capital upgrade requirements; and· Deliverability of the Master Plan in stages to an upper limit of $100 million.· Staged to allow for the continued full time operations of the facility.
