The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade (DITT) requires a suitably qualified and accredited Consultant to perform the roles of Contaminated Site Auditor and Independent Compliance Auditor for the Rum Jungle Rehabilitation Project.The Consultant will review and endorse all plans and reports required under the Environmental Approval issued to DITT by the NT Environment Protection Authority (EPA). The Consultant will review the investigation, remediation and validation undertaken during Remediation Works and provide an independent expert opinion regarding any potential impacts to human health and/or the environment relating to site contamination, and the suitability of land for its intended use.
